The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning and a washing machine. The apartment features a private terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evenings. There is air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room. Within just a 5-minute walk, you will find bike rentals, a food market, supermarkets and a health center. The Chorillo beach is also nearby. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water usage during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit tap water consumption.
