The apartment is on the main floor of a small palace of XVIII century and that in the first years of the XX century was remodeled to turn it into a house with two apartments. It is in the heart of the Monumental Zone, just in front of the Santa María Salomé Church, whose first Romanesque construction was only saved in XVIII century. The apartment, about 180m2, has a large kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room, a toilet, a bathroom and three double bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed in a distributor.
I am Susana, owner of the apartment with my brother and my uncles, together we manage this beautiful family inheritance floor. The building belongs to our family since the end of the 19th century. It has been our family residence until a few years ago. In September 2019 we finished the reform and we have started this experience together. We hope you can enjoy this beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. We are a very united family and this house is part of our history, we will love that you come to enjoy the beautiful Compostela in our house.
The apartment is in the heart of the Monumental Zone, just 200m from the Cathedral. It is very close, 300m from the Plaza de Abastos, the second most visited point in the city, where top quality products from our lands and seas are sold. Also, at the end of the street there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, pastry shop, fruit shop. In the same street there is a whole network of small clothing, jewelry, handicraft shops etc.In the Plaza de Galicia, just 300m is the beginning of the New Zone of the city. Taxi rank, the airport bus stop, also the commercial area with shops such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, etc.
