Situated in Blanes, the vacation apartment "Apt 200 meters from the beach id" is just a short walk from the beach. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The pool is open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September.
Free parking is available on the street. The property has step-free access. The property has a step-free interior. An elevator is available in the building. Absolutely no pets are allowed. This is a family apartment and absolutely no parties allowed or groups of young people are allowed.
