This newly-built apartment is located near the beach, Tarifa's kite shops, and amenities. With views out to the beach and mountains, the apartment overlooks a natural park and is just a 5 minute walk to Los Lances beach and its beach bars.
It has a minimalist modern design, with smart TV and smart speaker for your entertainment. We provide all the essentials you need for your stay.
Enjoy the peace of mind with a convenient keyless check-in from arrival, to the underground parking, into the lift and right to the door.
I was born and raised in the UK and have lived in Estepona, Costal del Sol since 2001.
Since coming to Spain, every year my family and I have spent weekends and our holidays in Tarifa, making it our “favourite place in the world” !
Overlooking a natural park at the bottom entrance to Tarifa, you will be just a few mins walk to the Los Lances beach and beach bars, and a 15 min walk to Tarifa old town along the beach-front or 5min by Taxi.
Outside the apartment is a road and a cycle path that takes you to Tarifa Old Town in a 15 minutes pleasant walk along the beach front, passing several relaxed beach bars and restaurants.
Personally, we like having the cyclists, skaters and motorhomes passing by down below as it adds to the atmosphere of the location and is so interesting to watch the unique world that is Tarifa pass by!
