This attractive 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is on the second-floor( no lift ) and has a terrace of 20 m² facing south, with a balcony looking out over the gardens, sea and mountains. The apartment of 80m² sleeps 4 persons comfortably, The master bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Air-conditioning is provided. The whole apartment is decorated throughout in an attractive modern style. There is satellite T V in the lounge and WiFi internet throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, micro-wave, washing machine fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There are bed linen and towels provided. Mid stay linen changeover and cleaning can also be arranged if required. Sun loungers on the terrace and around the pool are provided. There is also surface level parking outside the apartment together with a parking space underground. The complex is gated and in the gardens there is a Pool Bar (Chiringuito) where you can have drinks and/or meals (not availablle in the Winter months).
The apartment is situated in the urbanisation of Balcones del Chaparral in Mijas Costa within walking distance from the beach ( approx. 300 metres), There is plenty to do in the local area with Fuengirola just 10 mins and Marbella 20 mins drive away with beautiful beaches, restaurants, clubs, bars and nightlife. There are super golf courses at Mijas and La Cala and many more within a short drive by car. The beautiful beach of La Cala is only a 5 minutes drive and has a variety of shops in addition to plenty of golden sand. Just 5 minutes drive in the opposite direction is the town of Fuengirola with an excellent zoo, aquapark, marina, beaches, shops, restaurants and a busy nightlife.
