This apartment comes with two Swimming Pools, fresh Garden and outdoor Balcony plus Terrace. Surrounded by royal pine trees, this boutique apartment is fully equipped. A huge lounge sofa with a flatscreen TV, elegant fire place, new laundry and dishwasher, stylish Bali bedrooms with huge wardrobes. Both room have a separate en-suite bath room. You also get a free gated parking with elevator. The apartment is 30m away from Aloha Golf Club, 5 minutes by car to beach and Puerto Banus port.
My wife and I have just renovated the apartment and made it bright and modern. We hope you enjoy your vacation and if anything needed, please let us know, we are here to make your Marbella memories, unforgettable.
Beautiful white coloured community within the Royal Pine Tree and fresh Garden nature. The surrounding provides mountain view, a nature hike trail, The famous Aloha Golf Club, a bus stop in front of community. The apartment is located next to Aloha college and central located in Nueva Andalusia, not far away from the highway. 5 Minutes by car to the beach and 5 Minutes by car to Puerto Banus port, the hotspot for yacht owners, luxury shops and parties. Our apartment offers two free & gated safe parking areas for any type of vehicle. You can park anytime your car or motorbike at our community with the option to use the elevator. Beside your own vehicle, you can use Uber & Bolt as famous taxi transport service platforms. In front of our community, there are bus stops for both directions and it only takes 9 minutes by bus to reach Puerto Banus Port, next to the soft sand beaches.
