The Accommodation - "Turyronda Tesesros" was the biggest disappointment. The owners/managers were crappy and dishonest people. They collected the money, and decided not to provide the accommodation, and tried to get away with it. Booking.com had to literally threaten them before they provided some other dump of an accommodation...it would have been better to sleep on the roadside, but with small children, I was kind of stuck. Nothing worked in the apartment, and Gema/Manuel did not make any attempt to fix it. AVOID !!
Ronda is one of my favorite cities in Spain. I think I like it just as much as Granada or the Costa del Sol. It's not big so you don't need a lot of time there and it is small so probably wouldn't be so awesome in high tourist season but it is definitely worth a visit.
I left my heart in Ronda--what a beautiful friendly place. the agent at the Arab baths was wonderful. Paco Sedo and his classical guitar was 10 stars. the bull ring ticket sellers don't like there jobs- very unhelpful. I was expecting something else, but it was too focused on bull fighters. maybe I missed something? but it was a good location for me to find things. a lot of people (me included) were diappointed that the trail was closed back up to the town from bottom of bridge trail. food was good, oh because the trains were not running, the bus ride from San Roque was magnificent. the train station in the middle of no where was really strange. only one agent spoke english and could not answer my questions. beautiful station, but strange. but I would go back to Ronda again
I could not say enough wonderful things about this beautiful and enchanting city. It feels as you walk the cities cobble stone narrow streets and cross the beautiful bridges, as if you went back in time. If you enjoy photography this is a dream come true. So much to capture.
Very pleasant town to linger for a day or two and also to explore the surrounding mountains and pueblos blancos. Puente Nuevo exceeds expectations, truly amazing both standing right next to it and from a distance. The walk (or drive) into the valley for a glimpse of town and the bridge from a distance is a must.
We didn't know much about Ronda before we arrived, and chose it for proximity to some of the White Hill Towns nearby. Imagine our delight when we discovered the scenic downtown, spectacular vistas, bull ring, shopping, and cafes! We had to pull ourselves away to move on with our travels, but we could easily have stayed and enjoyed a much longer visit.

The hotel doesn’t have parking but you can park at the train station for €9 for the whole day.The hotel was very quiet ,spacious room, comfortable bed and very good shower. We had breakfast included in the price which is rare for Spain.Breakfast was coffee, toast and orange juice, very traditional of the area and all super fresh.Night receptionist was excellent.

An absolute gem of a place. Peaceful and gorgeous with picture postcard views of the mountains from the garden and swimming pool. The owners, John and Carol, certainly look after you and nothing seems too much trouble. We were a couple of right numpties and they got us out of a hole on more than one occasion. So if you're looking for a beautiful, boutique hotel in the heart of old town, a place that offers that personal touch, don't look any further than the Monasterio del Carmen. It's really perfect.

Without doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in Spain. From the moment you drive up you know it’s special, the staff are outstanding, everywhere is spotlessly clean, we used the Spa, pool and bar and again perfect. The location could not have been better just a slow 10 mins stroll to town. To top it all off, the views, we were upgraded to rooms that look over the pool and Tajo Gorge, the views were stunning at all times of the day. We are already planning a trip back.

During our holiday where we travelled around Spain this was the best hotel we have stayed in. Our first experience in Barcelona was not good but this was amazing. Staff were fantastic & helpful, room was ideal & spacious, pool, breakfast & location perfect. I left the hotel & whilst at airport I realised I’d left my wedding ring at hotel - a quick phone call to Andriex had it sorted & returned to me without a problem. A very good hotel !!!

Very nice staff. Location in the middle of the fields. Views from the rooms and around the hotel. Good air-conditioning in the room. Even though they are low on Star rating and it's the first year they're open, it doesn't feel like a cheap or bad hotel. It feels like a luxury hotel that is just missing some of the features that would grant it more stars. For example: no TV in the room, no evening restaurant...

Well, the obvious draw of this hotel is it's view from the rooms, restaurants, swimming pool... It's just amazing but the interior is very pleasant too. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and with parking the car and the room was comfortable and cozy (that's not estate agent jargon for tiny either). Obviously, given the view it's location is very good too.

The staff was nice and helpful, her English was really good which is not so common in this part of Spain. We arrived too early but we were kindly allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby and as a nice surprise, we got two vouchers for two persons as a welcome present. We liked the room and the bathroom, the accomodation was nice, clean and not expensive.

The hotel is an oasis in which one could relax for days, has excellent food, view, pool, rooms...and the true highlight is outstanding owners that generously share ideas and time. We found this to be an excellent location for a day in Ronda, exploring white towns, hiking and unexpectedly exploring caves. Delicious food so we chose to eat at the hotel most nights

Everything the staff are friendly, helpful but leave you to enjoy the unique environment. The real log fire was great as well as the free bar where you could help yourselves to good wine, beer and soft drinks. Breakfast was varied and excellent and the chef happily prepared pancakes and quails eggs with chirizo.

i booked a room for 3 girls for an overnight trip and we were all delighted with the room. We requested a quiet room with a view and we were not disappointed. Our balcony overlooked the stunning views of the bridge and were able to hear and see the harp player playing in the bandstand. A weekend to remember
