The villa in Arta has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. The villa is charming, has an exterior, and is 450 m². It has views of waterfront and the mountain. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, childrens area, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 3 fans, 3 TVs, radio. In the gas open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided. On the ground floor there is the living room with TV and 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) and a bathroom with tub. On the first floor there is a dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, and a suite with a double bed, a small lounge and a bathroom with shower en suite. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
