All ammenities are close by, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, beaches etc.
We would like to extend a very warm welcome to our guests at Casa Monicha. We pay particular attention to our guest experience, and comfort here. We can also recommend lots to do, visits, national parks, beaches, restaurants, sports activities etc.
Es un barrio tranquillo con muchas villas independientes y puedes realizar senderismo al rededor de la villa y hay un campo de futbol y una cafetería cerca, supermercados, restaurantes, y deportes como golf, submarinismo, windsurf, kite sur, wing foil, y surf. Ademas hay facilidades para jugar al tenis. Hay un campo de golf de 18 hoyos tambien cerca. Casa Monicha is in a quiet exclusive neighborhood, with a lot of villas near by, and easy access to all ammenities on Costa Teguise. There is also a new football installation near by, with unique arquitectural style, a coffee and snack bar. There is also direct access to walking and hiking right off the property, restaurants and beaches nearby, lots of sports facilties, and especially water sports, like windsurfing, kite surfing, wing foiling, surfing, diving, jet skiing, not mention an 18 hole golf course just a short distance away.
