The Apartment is on the 4th floor and doesn't have a lift so not suitable for elderly, disabled people or young families. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and is located in the centre of the apartment. There is a small balcony reached through the lounge diner. The kitchen contains basic equipment for cooking a fridge freezer and a washing machine. The apartment has high speed broadband.

I am an English cyclist with 2 dogs and 2 cats that lives in the countryside near to Castellon. I wanted to provide a simple acommodation in the city that's affordable for all Travellers especially with Pets as this type of accommodation is not always easy to find

The residential building isn't modern but benefits from being In a good location for accessing the city centre. Very Near by is the fotoball Stadium of Castellon, Park Ribalta and some supermarkets . A bit further away is the train station and El Corte Inglés shopping centre. The historic centre and the University are about a 10 minute walk. One great thing about It's location is there is free car parking on the street out side and near by. There is a few near buy restaurants most notably Casa Mercedes and Le Trussco
