The living room features a dining table, while the modern kitchen is equipped with top-notch amenities like a ceramic hob, oven, and microwave. Complete with a garage, washing machine, and dryer. Step out onto the 150 m2 terrace, with direct access from the living room, dining area, and main floor en suite bedroom (with a luxurious bathtub). Here, you'll find an outdoor lounge, 6 sun loungers, 2 large sunshades, and a spacious dining table for 8, all overlooking the inviting swimming pool. Ascend to the upper level, where a double bedroom awaits with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The pièce de résistance is the master bedroom, boasting a balcony, terrace, and breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and golf course. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. Conveniently located, you're just a 2-minute drive from supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and petrol stations, with easy access to the motorway. Please note: We do not accommodate groups of young people; at least one participant must be 24 years or older. Stag/hen parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted.
