Philip is very friendly, informative and generous. There are fabulous views and it's an old building so it's authentic, quirky and different, all of which sets it apart from the normal run of things, which is a welcome relief. Lovely dogs and cat!

Location was excellent, quiet and peaceful with a short walk into the pueblo. The outside terrace was great. The hotel was rustic and authentic in keeping with the character of the area. A beautiful, old building kept clean and characterful. The owner was helpful and friendly, his dogs were adorable. Good facilities in the room and lovely shower,air con, fan and hot water plentiful.

The villa was truly amazing - full of character, history and art. The view from our terrace was breathtaking- the valley below, the surrounding mountains and the lovely pueblo of Mojacár a short distance away. Our host Philip was very welcoming, friendly, interesting to talk to and made us feel like at home. Thanks to his recommendations we had a lovely dinner in a restaurant in Mojacár pueblo. Our dog Jackie straight away became good friends with his dog Juan Carlos. We extended our roadtrip by returning to the villa several days later to finish our trip in the place that had impressed us so much that we did not want to leave and we will definitely return again.

Incredible view from the balcony of our room which managed to combine quaint and original features with all mod cons including a beautiful spacious bathrooms. Location at the outskirts of Mojacar village with easy access to great restaurants Friendly host. Be prepared for those hills when driving and walking!
