The villa is big and beautiful. It's located in a peaceful rural area just 10 minutes away from Ibiza city and 5 minutes away from the beach by car. We will do our best so that you have a wonderful stay! We've got 5 years experience in renting the villa through private agencies, and we always received very good feedback from our customers. Now we are trying to rent it as well through booking. The house has a private swimming-pool and a very spacious garden (1500m2), with two covered porches with sofas and BBQ, and a covered chill-out zone with mattresses to lie down. The house has three rooms, each one of them with two single beds that can be joined in a double bed. We will provide you with shower towels and bed linen. Furthermore, it has two complete restrooms with shower, plus one small restroom next to the corridor and another one next to the swimming-pool. It also has a completely equipped kitchen (washing-mashine, dishwasher, cooking pots, frying pans, dishes, cuttlery), and a living-room with Wi-Fi and a big TV with English-language TV channels.

The villa is located in a very quiet rural zone in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, next to Cova Santa restaurant. It barely has any houses around. It's ideal for resting while being close to the most famous attractions of the island.
