The property offers a spacious living space/kitchen combo, a beautiful master bedroom, cozy guest bedroom with sea views and modern bathroom. All rooms are entirely refurbished with a modern touch, as well as newly installed soundproof windows with shutters for complete privacy. The fully fitted kitchen also includes a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. To make your stay more comfortable the property also offers these amenities: high speed Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services, iron & board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning units in all rooms and heatable towel rack in bathroom.
Benalmadena Pueblo is the old town of the wider Benalmadena area and Costa del Sol region. Authentic southern Spanish calm lifestyle, while only being a 5 minute drive away from the nearest beach. The apartment is just off the main road in a quiet residential area of tourists and locals alike. A 3 minute walk to the central plaza of stores, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. As well as handy access to the main bus stop connecting to the whole of Costa del Sol and a local taxi hotspot. Nearby attractions include the Buddhist temple (Estupa de la Iluminación) and Colomares Castle. As well as panoramic city and sea views across the whole town.
