There are just five properties on the private ecological El Sueño Finca, in the rural hamlet of El Soto near Vejer de la Frontera beside the protected Natural Paque of La Breña y Las Marismas. Four Casitas with one, two and three bedrooms each with their own private patio and garden, sharing a large swimming pool with sun terrace set in several acres of ecologically managed shared grounds which guests are always welcome to enjoy. All the Casitas are on a single level, with the two bedroom Casita Mimosa suitable for wheelchair users with an en-suite wet-room - the one bed Casita Almendra has a few steps for access. The larger Cortijo has four en-suite bedrooms and its own private swimming pool, which is ideal for those who like their own space or for friends and family to share. Using the Cortijo as a base, we can therefore welcome small groups of up to 16 persons in warmer months (12 during cooler). Both the shared Casitas pool and private Cortijo pool are safely fenced with wide steps for entry and each have their own bathroom/changing room. During the school Summer holiday weeks of mid-July to end of August, all four larger properties are available on a fortnightly basis - while the two and three bedroom Casitas are for families with school-age children only, which creates a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. For children up to five years range of items is offered with our compliments, including ravel cot with mattress and linen, bed guard, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, potty and mini loo seat. In the shared gardens, there are two playgrounds for children as well as a table tennis/large board games for everyone. A daily bilingual caretaker is available for assistance, cleans the pools and manages the gardens, while a professional cleaning team prepares each property and weekly mid-stay cleans. A basic shopping service for arrival and childminding is available on request, for an additional charge.

Our family business is recognised and inspected by independent companies such as Alistair Sawdays and Organic holidays for many years - so with a small & friendly local team, including a bilingual caretaker on site daily, we welcome new and returning guests every year.

This lovely corner of Spain is still thankfully undeveloped, while the finca is located on the edge of a small protected Natural Parque of La Breña y Las Marismas that goes down to the sea - a quiet rural location where the local village is still predominately farming families, but close to so many wonderful places to visit, activities to try and fresh local produce to enjoy. Just 500m from Dehesa Montenmedio with golf and NMAC art centre, we are ideally located for the international equestrian Sunshine and Autumn Tours. Within just a short drive are the hilltop 'white village' of Vejer de la Frontera and coastal town of Barbate with shops, supermarkets and restaurants - with golden beaches in both directions, up to Cadiz and down to Tarifa. Seville, Jerez, Cádiz, Donaña National Park and even Morocco are popular day-trips - while there is a wide range of popular activities to enjoy year-round from nature walks, cycling (rental bikes can be delivered/collected from the finca), horseriding, surfing & kite-surfing and whale & dolphin-watering too.
