The Verdi 2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building ++without a lift++ and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. In order to access the property, you must go up a STEEP set of stairs (about one floor). On entering the apartment, guests are welcomed by a large living/sitting room provided with a double sofa bed and a dual heat/air conditioning unit. The high ceilings highlight an exposed brick wall, which extends the entire length of the apartment. Following a passageway, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a dining area, featuring a beautifully restored antique cabinet. At the rear of the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen, provided with everything you may need to cook any type of dish. Both the living room and the kitchen have access to an outward-facing balcony, one overlooking the street, the other the rear of the building. The upper floor features a beautiful attic-style bedroom with exposed brick wall and restored ceiling beams. Tastefully decorated with attention paid to every detail, it comes with a double bed and a handy en-suite bathroom. Do not forget the beach is very close to this apartment. It's only a short 5-minute walk to the beach.

This cozy and modern duplex is located 5 minutes walking distance from La Malvarrosa, Valencia’s own beach! It is situated right in the heart of an old fisherman’s neighborhood and is typically Spanish in flavour. In the same street you can find everything: supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, and all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants, like in the neighborhoods of days gone by.
