Check-in takes place at our office between 16:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday.
In case of late arrival or arrival on a Saturday, keys will be handed over through a mailbox. However, to obtain the code for the mailbox, you must have paid for the entire stay, as well as the deposit, filled out the IDs of everyone (including babies) and signed the contract. Once all this has been done, you will be sent the code and the number of the mailbox to retrieve the keys.
This check-in method must be scheduled at least 8:00 am before arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
