Casa del sol welcomes you with sun, light and the view of a deep blue sea as soon as you open the front door. A large space that has 104 square meters, distributed in two bright bedrooms with closets, one with access to the terrace and sea view and the other with a view of the mountains. Both bedrooms have king size beds and fans. The living and dining room make up the main space of the apartment with a large window that leads to the terrace. The dining table seats 6 people and there are two sofas in the living room, one of them being a sofa bed for two more people, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. There is also smart TV and wifi in the entire apartment. The large terrace has another table with space for 6 people and offer the possibility to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors and overlooking the sea. There are also two deck chairs on the terrace to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. The apartment has two bathrooms, one on-suite which links to the master bedroom, with a bathtub and the other with a shower for general use. The kitchen is spaciously connected to the living and dining room and is fully equipped with new appliances. The apartment has air conditioning all throughout, washing machine and a closed private parking space. The building has an elevator and two large swimming pools to enjoy the sun in the communal garden.

Casa del sol is a modern furnished vacation apartment in Mijas Costa on a beautiful complex on a hill with fantastic sea views. Located close to the beach, stores, golf courses and conveniently between Malaga and Marbella in a cosy residential area called Miraflores hills. It is 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Less than 5 minutes away from driving you will find the small shopping center Las Terrazas with a supermarket and a few restaurants such as Pizzeria Terraza and the Indian Restaurant the Connoisseur. The slightly larger Riviera shopping center, Riviera Plaza, near the coastal road is 10 minutes driving from Casa del sol. Here you will find 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants, among others. It is convenient to have a car during your stay to explore the beautiful surroundings. There are nice places to visit include Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, Malaga, Ronda and a bit far away Nerja. In addition to the kilometres of sandy beach with boardwalk and all kinds of different coastal towns, the hinterland is also great for hikes, walks, and bike rides. Many villages and towns have weekly local markets. There is a good offer of public transport with buses that travel throughout the area regularly. Also the offer of Uber and taxis is good and safe. There is also an enormous amount to do for sports enthusiasts. Hiking in the hinterland, mountain biking, water sports such as kite surfing and diving, tennis, paddling, horseback riding, hiking, canoeing, fishing, canyoning and golf. Miraflores golf is a few minutes walk from Casa del sol and there are more than 40 golf courses on the Costa del Sol, plenty of choice! For culture lovers in the town of Mijas there is the Contemporary Art Center. This cultural center houses the second most important permanent collection of Picasso ceramics in the world.
