Comfy apartment with a nice terrace, in the center of Santa Cruz and a few minutes walk from the main attractions of the capital. It has capacity for 5 people and WiFi Fiber to 1GB, designed for teleworking. With three spacious bedrooms, it is ideal for families, friends and business trips. It has all the amenities and services around, and elevator. It is perfect for a unique experience in Tenerife. It offers 3 cozy bedrooms, two of them with queen size bed and the third one with a single bed. It has a bathroom with shower and a toilet, a spacious and bright independent kitchen with all the necessary appliances, with a living room with Smart TV 55", perfect for relaxation and access to the terrace where there is furniture to enjoy breakfast and the good atmosphere of the place. For greater comfort, the building has an elevator. Strategically located in an exceptional and central commercial area, with all the leisure services around, restaurants and other points of interest of the capital. In addition, with a good bus and streetcar connection without the need to use the car. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, fans, hair dryer, bed linen and shower towels, iron, and much more. To access the elevator there are stairs. Currently there are works near the house and you may hear some noise during the day.

Santa Cruz is a bright and cheerful city. Its streets, promenades and seaside avenues invite you to enjoy the fresh air, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2ºC. In the city centre there are numerous lively pedestrian areas, where shopping is a pleasure, especially because of the ease of finding products from all over the world. The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works, such as the Auditorio de Tenerife "Adán Martín", designed by Santiago Calatrava, located just a few metres from the house. Several museums are just as close by, including Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA) and the Museum of Nature and Man. Although the largest permanent exhibition in the city is in the open air, with sculptures by Henry Moore, Martín Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. The picturesque Nuestra Señora de África Market is an undeniable attraction, where you can buy all the typical products of the islands. Its most famous and extensive beach is Playa de Las Teresitas, with golden sand, adorned with palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés, both a ten minute drive from the house. Further into the Anaga mountains we reach the secluded and unspoilt beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo. The salt water swimming pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park are very close to the flat. There are several approved trails in the Anaga Rural Park, such as the PR-TF 2 which links the hamlet of Taborno with the neighbourhood of Valleseco, on the coast of the city. This trail allows you to get to know various ecosystems, such as the fayal heathland and some old farmhouses.
