Beautiful duplex next to the sea with terrace and swimming pool in Caletillas, Candelaria. Beautifully decorated and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast and relax while looking at the sea. With two bedrooms, capacity for 4 people, fibre Wifi Internet designed for teleworking, air conditioning and Smart TV. An unbeatable location, just a few minutes from the beach and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area. Divided into two floors, this house is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with air conditioning, a toilet and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, where you can sunbathe or have lunch. On the ground floor there is a complete bathroom and two large double bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second one with a trundle bed. The property has fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking, Smart TV and two beautiful communal swimming pools with sea views. Strategically located, just a few minutes from the beach and the promenade, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes. It has a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, cot and high chair, air conditioning in the living room, fibre Wifi Internet and communal swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

The appartment is located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes drive from the city of Santa Cruz. There is a promenade where you can admire the sea and a large beach that runs along the entire avenue. The best thing about the beach is the tranquillity that you can breathe as the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months when it can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristic and frequented beaches of the island. It is also important to know that in the area you can find several restaurants of typical food, fresh fish, paellas, from which you will undoubtedly leave happy.
