Located in an exceptional area, in the heart of Santa Cruz,with the tram line very close. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, refrigerator, sheets and shower towels, cot, highchair and Wifi Internet.

Santa Cruz is a cheerful and bright city. Its streets, boulevards and maritime avenues invite you to enjoy the outdoors, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2 ºC. In the center of the city there are numerous pedestrian areas with lots of atmosphere, where shopping is a pleasure, especially for the ease of finding products from around the world .. The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works , like the Tenerife Auditorium "Adán Martín", designed by Santiago Calatrava, located a few meters from the house. Equal of nearby are several museums, among which Tenerife Space of Arts (TEA) and the Museum of Nature and Man. Although the largest permanent exhibition of the city is outdoors, consisting of sculptures by Henry Moore, Martin Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. The picturesque Market Our Lady of Africa has an undeniable attraction, where you can buy all the typical products of the islands. Its most famous and extensive beach is Las Teresitas Beach, with golden sand, adorned with palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés, both ten minutes by car from the house.
