Enjoy a perfect getaway in Grau i Platja in this beautiful flat with communal pool and two minutes from the beach, ideal for 2+2 guests. The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate as it has a shared swimming pool with dimensions of 24 x 12m and with a depth of between 1.20m and 1.70m. It is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the sun. In addition, the flat's balcony is furnished with a table and chairs so that you can enjoy outdoor meals with your companions. Situated on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, when you enter the flat you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and a sofa-bed ideal for two guests to rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 from 15th June to 15th September. Outside these hours and dates it is possible to swim but there is no lifeguard service, so if you swim, you do so at your own risk. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
