The house is located at the entrance to the town, thus having easy access to it. It consists of 3 floors, of which the basement and garden are closed for new renovations pending the construction of a swimming pool, while so many will be given a voucher with access to the municipal swimming pool for free. We enter through the completely renovated main floor where we find a very large living room open to the fully equipped kitchen, with a large fireplace and wonderful views of the Genal Valley. On this floor we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a very bright bathroom fully equipped with a shower. On the second floor we will find a children's study and play area for the little ones in the house, two bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the town, one of them with a double bed and the other a large room with 3 single beds. A large terrace with unbeatable views of great beauty to the valley where you can enjoy delicious barbecues and great sunsets while contemplating the entrance to the town where the famous Smurfs Park is located.
