The house is 50m far to the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Molins. It have all the necessary to enjoy your hollidays. The house have 2 floors. The kitchen, staying room, dinning room and the terraces are in the street floor. The 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sea views) and the complete bathroom are in the first floor, accedimg with a spiral staircase. From here, you can realise excursions (walking or by bike) sea activities or simply have a relax days at the house or in the near, little and beautifull beaches in the zone. Perfect for a quiet holidays.
Located in the north of Mallorca, Cala Sant Vicenç stands out for its tranquility and beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. It has all the necessary services to enjoy a pleasant holiday such as restaurants, bars, outdoor activities, etc. Located 6 km from both the beautiful town of Pollença and Port de Pollença.
