Lis Banús Suite Apartment This sophisticated one bedroom apartment is located in the exclusive "IIvy Residences"; complex just a short walk from the beaches of Puerto Banus. This relaxing complex offers a very good location, a swimming pool, restaurants and bar in the area, with the beach just a few minutes away. Being in the heart of Puerto Banús will make for a fantastic and unforgettable holiday! The modern flat is situated on the ground floor. The property is soberly furnished, offering a cosy dining and living room with an integrated kitchen, fully equipped with top brand appliances. The apartment is very nice, but what really makes it exclusive and different is its exclusive entrance and outdoor terraces. The entrance to the apartment and the swimming pool is exclusive to this flat, it is not shared with the other properties in the complex. It has three fantastic outdoor terraces. On the terrace next to the living room you can enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors. The third terrace is next to the bedroom where you can enjoy the morning sun or the calm of the summer night. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and a beatiful terrace.

A direct road and an 21 minute walk takes you to the famous marina and its beaches. Lis Banús Suite is not only in the heart of Banús, but also of Nueva Andalucía. This iconic area is known for its luxury and offers multiple alternatives to tourists. All this makes it the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Golf enthusiasts will find the largest number of golf courses just around the corner. The former bullring of Nueva Andalucia is now the New Arena stadium which hosts all kinds of events, especially music concerts. On Saturdays, there is an open air market where "bargain hunters" can wander for hours exploring the many local items on offer.
