Welcome to this brand new and modernly furnished apartment located in Benalmadena, in the area closest to Car-car Golf and Benalmadena Pueblo and 10 min from the airport in Malaga. The apartment has both pool and private parking. The area around the apartment consists of Golf courses, hiking trails, sports grounds, spa facilities and although it is very quiet you also have proximity to Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena Pueblo, Torremolinos, Malaga and Fuengirola. As you step into the apartment you are greeted by a wonderful, green, view from the large windows and private terrace, social and open plan living with dining area, sofa, 4K smart TV with international channels and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster and much more. Masterbedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower and a balcony. The guest room is equipped with 2 single beds central a / c and private exit to the balcony. Otherwise, the apartment is fully equipped with Pool, Private parking in garage, dishwasher, WIFI in all rooms, A / C with cooling and heating in all rooms and much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of towels and bed linen per person.
