The house is situated just 1,2 km from Burriana beach and has spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Almijara mountain range. Here, you will experience a family-friendly and welcoming environment. Close by you have a variety of facilities, such as tennis- and padel courts and the popular Tuesday market. Amazing rooftop terrace of 35 sqm. This house is the ideal place for a delightful vacation! The residental complex was built in 2022. In the garden, there is a fantastic pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower, open all year-round. Free parking is available on the street and in the community's parking spaces. The house features a Scandinavian design with an open floor plan. The entrance is on the first floor (ground level), and accommodates two spacious and bright bedrooms with double beds, electronic blackout blinds, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have their own private, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, living room, and another bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine. The kitchen is of high standard, equipped with quality appliances and facilities. There is also a dining area for 6 people in the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable bed sofa, coffee table, and a Smart TV. You have direct access to the south-facing balcony from the living room, which is furnished with a sitting group for 6 people. From this balcony, there is a staircase leading up to the third floor where you'll find a breathtaking rooftop terrace of 35 square meters. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and mountains, with sun from morning until evening. The terrace is furnished with a lounge area, sun loungers and a dining table for up to 8 people.
