Elegant 3 bedroom town house, overlooking Islantilla Golf course, Situated 1.2 miles from Islantilla beach and centro commercial (Restaurants and Boutiques ) Seasonal communal swimming pool just a stones throw from the front door. The pool opens from the first weekend of June (only weekends) then it opens every day from the last week of June until the last day of August. Then it is open only weekends in September. The holiday home consists of 3 double sized bedrooms, 2 of which are on the first floor and 1 on the second floor, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a ground floor W.C. A living area, kitchen, a cosy outside garden space for outside dining, a spacious terrace upstairs. The pictures were taking by myslef and are of the actual house, as it is. Unfortuntately, this website doesn't let me reply to any messages until the booking has been confirmed by the guests, so any questions you need to ask me, before hand, it needs to be done on the Answers and Question section, not through the booking section. I have tried to change this but this website is not being very helpfull. You can always confirm the booking, ask me any questions and if you are unhappy, you can always cancel the booking after. If you love the sun, the sea and the beach, like we do. This is the perfect place for you. Ideal place to chill out and enjoy the perfect weather with your family and friends by the pool, or you can stroll down the beach. If you also love discovering new places, Portugal is literally 25 minutes away by car, and you have amazing places to discover and enjoy. But if you don't want to go that far, Islantila has amazing beaches, with fantastic amenities, bars, entertainment, etc. Come and see by yourself. You'll love it.

The neighbourhood is full of life. With neighbours from all over the world. We all enjoy the same, the sun, the weather the good times, good food, drinks and friends. The pool is the perfect place to chill and let the kids enjoy meeting friends, literally in front of your house. The little park is ideal for the little ones. There is paddle court that anyone can enjoy and there are always games going on in the communal lobby. Everyone is very respectful and you will feel like at home.
