United States of AmericaThe room was well-appointed. It had a safe, plenty of cabinet/drawer space for our clothes. There was an area for our luggage. We had a small balcony facing the street but it was not noisy. Bathroom and shower was very clean and large. We arrived after check-in hours but the evening on-call staff contacted us and left very detailed and excellent instructions on how to get the keys to our room. The day time and check-out staff were just as helpful, accommodating and professional. Overall Casa Nicolasa was a rare find for us. Extremely pleased with the price, location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, accessibility and convenience of its location. When we go back to San Sebastian we will definitely stay at this accommodation as well.
