Property information

This beautifully presented penthouse duplex is built over 3 floors . It comprises on the first level a WC/utility room, American style kitchen and open plan lounge/ dining area leading out onto a balcony with sea views, perfect for alfresco dining. On the lower level there is a master bedroom with private balcony , a second twin bedroom and family bathroom with a bath and shower. The living room has a sofa bed so sleeps 6. An internal staircase leads to the top level where there is a large private solarium with spectacular 360 degrees panoramic views over Mediterranean sea and the whole of the Orihuela Costa. The property comes fully furnished and there is inducted air-con throughout Please note the bedrooms and bath/shower is located downstairs but there is a sofa bed and toilet upstairs if anyone has mobility issues The property is located in the heart of Cabo Roig and is a short walk from the popular Cabo Roig Strip and the nearby beach of Cabo Roig.

There is a private parking space in the complex and lift access to the apartment. The beach and bars and restaurants are opposite the apartment block so a car is not required
