The apartment is divided into a living room area with a sofa-bed (110x190) and television, a fully-equipped kitchenette with new kitchenware and appliances, a bathroom with a window and a bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in two-section wardrobe. There are 2 private terraces of the apartment: one is accessed from the living room and bedroom, and the other, with views and a wonderful pergola, is accessed via a spiral staircase. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

Consolidated as a sun and beach destination, the town of Vera offers six kilometers of beaches (La Marinas-Bolaga, Puerto Rey, El Playazo, Quitapellejos, with a naturist area) with unique characteristics on the Mediterranean coast, internationally recognized for their quality and purity of its waters and the careful environment that surrounds them. On the coast, the Puerto Rey Lagoon (Mouth of the Antas River) also stands out; Given the special characteristics of this floodplain and the uniqueness of some of the bird species it houses, it was proposed to declare it as a Concerted Natural Reserve. You can practice all kinds of sports both in town and on the beach; from golf to horse riding, through swimming, tennis, paddle tennis, athletics ... and, in the sea, activities such as diving, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, gliding, ultralight ... In the surroundings you can do hiking trails, caving, bicycle routes, among many other activities. Its strategic location allows the traveler to easily carry out itineraries through natural parks (Cabo de Gata-Níjar and Sierra de María Natural Park, Karst in Yesos de Sorbas and Tabernas Desert).
