Modern, large luxury private villa, with stunning outside space, private swimming pool (heated at an additional cost) and a wonderfully presented bar and BBQ area, situated under a large pergola. The villa has a large, spacious and wonderfully appointed living and dining area leading on to the outdoor terrace and pool area. The property also boasts another seated, television area on the lower level which is great for entertaining. The property has a total built size of 285m2 which is distributed over 3 levels. On the ground floor and entrance level you have a large spacious entrance hall way that leads into the living and dining area, separate kitchen with all of the latest modern appliances. On the upper level you have 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom having its own en suite and a small private terrace. The lower level of the property boasts a stunning television area, which can seat up to 8 people and a further two bedrooms and bathroom. Furnished with a modern touch the villa is light and spacious and ideally located within walking distance to all of the local amenities the area has to offer.
We have lived in the area for over 20 years and are available to assist with any questions or needs that you may require throughout your stay.
Ideally located within a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Puerto Banus and surrounded by shops, restaurants and the bars of Nueva Andalucía. You also have some of the best golf courses within Andalucía located within a 10 minute drive. The famous old town of Marbella s located 10 minutes away by car/taxi. Malaga airport is a 40 minute drive away.
