This centrally located, spacious penthouse holiday home offers magnificent views of the ocean. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony and a huge window with magnificent views. Quiet and central area of Puerto de la Cruz. The famous Plaza del Charco, the old town, Martianez Lake, shopping centre, Martianez Beach, bus stop, taxis, supermarket, bars and restaurants, all less than 5 minutes away.
