**just new renovated apartment, professional pictures will come soon** Spacious renovated apartment (55m2) in a local building in the city centre of Torremolinos with balcony and incredible mountain and side sea views. Our Apartment situated 2-3 minutes walking distance from plaza Nogalera where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars and events/festivals while you relax and sleep just outside the buzz of town. In about 6-8 min walk you will find the stairs to the beach (el Bajondillo), Carihuela beach you fill find in about 15 min walk. Supermarket 50 M The space Our recent renovated apartment contains: - spacious full equiped open kitchen. - dining table - sofa(bed) with smart tv - 1 full bathrooms - 1 bedrooms with comfortable double bed - spacious sunny balcony with spectacular mountain and side sea views - beautifull sunset views - free wifi throughout the whole apartment - Airconditioning (cold and warm) - Beach towels are NOT included, please bring your own. - Bed linnen and shower towels are included House Rules No smoking inside No parties or events No noise/loud music between 22:00-08:00
I Ron, live on walking distance from the apartment, at check-in I will meet you personally. After a quick and brief check-in procedure (foto scan passport and fill out the registration form) and collect the deposit, I will show you how everything works in the apartment, hand over my local contact details and I am happy to answer all the question you might have. During your stay you can contact me if you have any questions or you like towels or bedlinnen to be changed. At Check-out I will quickly meet you at your requested time for Check-out, return the deposit if all is in order and hand over the keys and wish you a safe travel home
Our apartment is in the centrum of Torremolinos, you will find everything within walking distance (beach, bars, restaurants, trainstation (250m), the local area Calvario, waterpark etc) The airport is just a 10 min ride on the train and you reach Malaga center in 20 min by train.
