If you are looking for a self-catering apartment with a quiet location, where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace and enjoy stunning open views of the lush palm trees, golf course fairways and then finish the day with gorgeous sunsets in the evening, then this is the apartment for you! The views are lovely over the golf course as the apartment faces west, so there will be many wonderful sunsets. Fully furnished with everything you need. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use. - Layout - The larger than average living and dining area are appointed with two sofas, a coffee table, 40-inch flat screen television (over 40 TV and radio channels), a glass dining table and 4 chairs. There are also large patio doors leading to terrace with beautiful golf course views. The terrace nicely tiled and is not overlooked by neighbouring apartments. The terrace has 2 sunbeds and table with 4 chairs. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and an oven. The utility area is complete with a washing machine & dryer. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a window with shutters with views of gardens and a ceiling fan. A door leads to the en-suite bathroom with a wonderful rain shower. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, windows with shutters and views of gardens. Bathroom 2 is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. **Please note, this property is a self catering property. We do not provide daily cleans, bed linen change or change of towels unless requested upon booking which will incur in an additional cost**
