The very private roof terrace makes it stand out from other apartments, shielded from the wind by a safety glass wind break it is the perfect spot for a bit of sun bathing, a bbq, drinks or for just sitting reading a book. This luxury duplex apartment with private roof terrace is within walking distance of everything El Medano has to offer, beaches, shops, restaurants, 15 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from a motorway connection circling the whole island.
