Surf House is a beautiful and cozy recently built house, with a modern and minimalist style, with a diaphanous design in which open spaces and luminosity predominate. Its south facade is completely made of glass, offering magnificent views of the countryside, the mountains and the sea in the distance. Silver microcement floors blend perfectly with white walls and teak wood doors. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and with an island, together with the living room and the living room form a single space. The room is separated from the rest of the house with an impressive floor-to-ceiling sliding wooden door. with bathroom en suite. The house also has a guest toilet. The whole house has air conditioning and WIFI. The terrace has a chill-out where the guest can contemplate nature and the views.The house is surrounded by forest and a Mediterranean garden. In the garden, next to the centenary olive tree we find a barbecue. The pool has a wooden deck and comfortable hammocks where you can rest by the water. The pool is totally for private use.

Surf House is located about 50 meters from the main house, where the owners of the house, a lady and her son live. Privacy is maximum. The two houses are located on a 15,000 m2 plot, elevated, with excellent views and just one kilometer away from the charming town of San José. The closest beaches are Es Jondal, Cala Tarida, Cala Conta and Cala Bassa, all of them just a ten minute drive away. All the land is fenced, has private parking, automatic gate to access the farm and intercom.
