For years I have been arranging and managing exclusive accommodations in Tenerife. My task is successfully fulfilled if you have a wonderful stay. As German, grown up in Tenerife, Spanish and German are equally my mother tongues. In addition, also English and French. Therefore, I can also help you with questions about the country and its people as well as possible problems.

Property info

The building Taucho is situated at the end of a dead end street, just a few meters from the sea. It is a very calm building with spectacular views over the ocean. This completely renovated vacational rental home (december 18) with its 50 m2 is big enough for 2 guests for having a nice holiday but also for staying a few months during the winter. The weather in Playa la Arena is the best on the island. No strong winds and nearly always sunny. The building Taucho has an elevator. You come into the apartment and see the kitchen, completeley equipped, dining table and living room with SAT TV. Wifi is also available. You have a balcony on this side and also one at the bedroom. The bathroom with shower is also equipped with a washing machine. On the top of the building you have a swimming pool with sunbeds. The view from this point is spectacular and you can enjoy sunbathing in privacy.

Neighborhood info

This is a fantastic location for the ones who are in love with nature - Punta Blanca strip for walking and jogging at the edge of the ocean, excellent fishing location, natural pools. Los Gigantes cliffs are few minutes away by car and unique black sand beach of Playa La Arena is 5 minutes away by walk. Not overcrowded as Costa Adeje. Hiper Dino and Mercadona are in the short walkign distance. Here starts the main street of the town with lost of restaurants and shops.
