Property information

Spacious and modern flat in a very quiet area of Granada next to the train station. The flat is located right next to the train station and the central Avenida Constitución and you can walk to any tourist spot in the city in 15 minutes. The Cathedral and Plaza Nueva are only a 20 minute walk away. The accommodation is fully equipped and has been recently refurbished so it is brand new, the furniture and utensils are new and we have made sure that it has a modern and warm decoration so that you feel at home. And most importantly, the mattresses and the sofa are in perfect condition so you can rest after an intense day of sightseeing. The flat has 4 rooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 1,35m and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. It can comfortably accommodate 9 people with extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 complete bathrooms and we will leave ready and clean for your use: towels, sheets, gel and shampoo. Parking: The flat has two free parking spaces.

Just 5 minutes from the historic center of Granada, just a step away from the Renfe station.This apartment is the perfect choice to discover the city and enjoy its atmosphere. Ideal for families and groups of friends. You will be in one of the most important areas of the city, a few meters from the historic center and one of the neighborhoods with the best atmosphere and personality, full of bars where you can enjoy local people and their tapas, shops, businesses and connections with buses and taxis, next to the apartment. Furthermore, it is a very quiet street at night. The apartment is located close to the train station and the central Avenida Constitución and you can walk to any tourist spot in the city in 5-10 minutes. The Cathedral and Plaza Nueva are just 20 minutes away on foot.
