I was surprised to see such a modern boutique hotel in this historical town. Walking distance to Alhambra entrances.

Everything, in particular the customer service was excellent

It’s inside of Alhambra so I got to walk around the compound even after it closed at 8pm. The hotel building has a bit of ancient touch which I love a lot.

The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the city by foot and the C30 bus to Alahambra stops right in front of it. Our room was perfect - soundproof, lovely view, comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming and I was very happy that we could leave our luggage at reception after checkout. I recommend the hotel 100%.

The hotel is excellent, with high-quality service and exceptional attention to guests. The first room we were checked into had a smell of tobacco; it seems that a previous guest had smoked in the room despite the prohibition. However, the reception team responded immediately to our complaint and provided a replacement room. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. We enjoyed everything :)

Beautifully decorated and modern appartment with great attention to detail. Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed, and amazing quick response to all communications. Surely will return on my next visit to Granada.

There are lanty of small things the hotel makes that make this hotel so special ! Especially the warm welcome from the young man (sorry I forgett the name and I feel even more embarresed as he remembered even the name of your dog) and gave us many useful tips, very nice room with welcome fruit, nice letter - hand written and nice note - handwritten in the car when we were leaving. There are the things that make the dirrefence. Thank you.. also good to mention they are dog friendly...

10 out 10. Everything perfect! Positive Aspects: A Beautiful historical building with original Al fresco paintings from XVI century in the main hall. Perfect location. Very central. Our room was beautiful clean, spacious and with a bath that made our stay even wonderful. Breakfast was plenty with a good variety of local food. It all look very fresh! But the best of all this was our concierge Aaron. What a gentleman. From the moment we’ve arrived to the last moment we left. Gave us a very warm, friendly and yet super professional welcome and he’s always ready to help. Various valued tips of the whereabouts of the city, local restaurants, places to visit and things to do. Ana also was very friendly and and yet very professional as well. She also helped with anything we needed. Both are an asset to the hotel. Last but not least, the breakfast lady (Neiva?). Another great personality in this wonderful hotel. Thank you all. We recommend it and we will be back.

We stayed on the top floor with a spectacular view of the Alhambra and surrounding areas. The room itself exceded our expectations.

Hotel was absolutely amazing with great location and with very nice and calm atmosphere. We loved the staff, lady at the reception was very helpful and caring. Highlight of our stay in this hotel was super delicious homemade breakfast, we could choose the way eggs were prepared for us, they had jamon of a very high quality, followed by the best freshly baked bizcocho and very yummy homemade marmelade and yogurth. We would come back here for this breakfast anytime again!

Location is absolutely ideal right in the heart of Plaza Nueva with buses, shops and taxi rank on your doorstep. My room was exactly as pictured in the booking photos; clean and spacious with view of Alhambra. There are several options for delicious Halal food and teteria just a short walk away. Cuesta de Gomerez, the starting point for the beautiful hike up to the Puerta de la Justicia is also around the corner. Reception staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The location is conveniently close to the Alhambra, as well as various restaurants and excellent tapas bars. The accommodation was quite comfortable, and the pricing was reasonable. I particularly appreciated the complimentary use of the coffee machine during specific hours—it was a generous touch. The rooms were equipped with a safe, which was exactly what we needed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I recommend this hotel the staff is so good they are helpful and the room was so nice very near to the center and anywhere restaurante ect, love this♥️

Great location, friendly staff, lovely decor , good size room

Staff were very friendly and let us leave our bags there before check-in. They even put them in our room. When we checked in, we were given a voucher for a drink in the bar /restaurant opposite. The room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight or short stay. The position of the hotel was perfect, right in the centre but in a quiet alleyway, so there was no traffic noise. There is no parking nearby, but the taxi rank is just at the top of the road, or the 33 bus from the bus station takes you to the cathedral, and it's just a short walk from there. This really is a wonderful find. We will definitely go back.

Where to start... All members of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, Ruben welcomed us beautifully. The hotel itself is gorgeous, tastefully renovated. Breakfast had everything and was lovely. Our room was the 004 situated on the ground floor, quiet, clean and comfortable. It had a kettle, complementary coffee and water. We let them know when we booked our stay that it was our anniversary, and the surprise they gave us was beautiful as you can see in the pictures. Thanks for everything guys! Our stay was amazing!
