Boasting a year-round outdoor pool, UNIQUE Villas Lajares - Only Adults in Lajares consists of three independent villas with private pools that feature accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. My family arrived in Fuerteventura in 2006. Since then, we have been managing the AVANTI Lifestyle Hotel, whose profile you will find on this very platform, as well as premium villas within the Bahiazul complex, under the name of KATIS Villas Boutique (which we also encourage you to visit). Both accommodations are within the Top 10 on the island, according to TripAdvisor. We also manage a charming seaside restaurant for you called ROMPEOLAS, facing the sea, in the bay of Corralejo. We recommend it.

UNIQUE emerged as an exciting family project, born out of a profound desire to enhance the experience that can be had when we are away from home. We recognized the tremendous potential that the best properties hold, and understood that it is "as easy" as implementing well-directed measures and adopting a different tone in communication with guests. We have identified and implemented innovations at different stages: before, during, and after the stay. UNIQUE today consists of a select group of standalone (and different) villas, imbued with these values, vision, and know-how, materialized from various angles, which you will surely discover pleasantly during your next experience. We are thrilled. Today we are in Fuerteventura, but tomorrow we will be present in more places. Follow us.
