The beautiful El Arenal beach, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Hospitalet de L'Infant, is surrounded by nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, hammock rental, lifeguard and a good beach bar where you can taste delicious food. Try the mojitos at the beach bar, we highly recommend them! The house is part of the UHC ARENAL II FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 24 houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic communal area, lawned gardens and swimming pool (one for adults and another smaller one for kids). The property stands out for its excellent location, in a beautiful and quiet part of the town. From the communal area, there is direct access to the beach. The house consists of 4 floors connected by an internal staircase: The ground floor located at the level of the community garden and pool has: - Terrace - Exterior porch of about 50 m2 with access to the community garden. - Pleasant living room with access to the large terrace. - Well equipped independent kitchen. - Courtesy toilet. On the first floor we find: - En-suite bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace with pleasant views of the sea. Private bathroom. - Bedroom with 1 single bed with built-in wardrobes. - Bedroom with 1 double bed with built-in wardrobes. - Full bathroom with bathtub - shower. The upper floor consists of: Living room - bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed and access to a terrace with sea views.
