This luxury villa is located on the hillside overlooking Aigua Blava bay, one of the most beautiful parts of the Costa Brava with spectacular views and some of the most stunning scenery of this stretch of Catalan coastline. Aigua Blava bay itself is within walking distance of the villa. (600 meters) The property is distributed over two floors with private off-street parking and garage. The house is incredibly bright with floor to ceiling windows with impressive views of the coast, the bay of Aigua Blava and the port of Fornells. There are sliding doors that open to a wraparound terrace that is ideal for alfresco dining. On the upper floor is the entrance hall leading to the spacious open plan living room and modern fully equipped kitchen. Also, on this floor is a generously sized double bedroom with walk -in dressing room beside the guest cloakroom with shower. On the lower level all rooms have beautiful sea views. There are two double bedrooms which share a sizable family bathroom. The master bedroom has its own dressing room and bathroom with bath and shower, it opens to a private terrace ideal for a quiet coffee in the morning. The private pool is 8 m x 4 m with terraces

We are a small family run agency that look after this and some other luxury properties for their owners in this area. We have been living in Begur for many years having made the move here from Ireland after years of renting holiday villas in the area. Having fallen in love with the area we are more than happy to share our 'insider knowledge' with the guests who stay. We meet and greet each group of guests. There is a guide book in the house with suggested restaurants, places to see and things to do. Some people love this villa so much all they want to do is stay and do nothing. Should something go wrong we are available to help you out. If you have any special requirements before you come let us know and we will see what we can do. We are happy to pick up or drop off members of the party at the airport if needed.

Just 5km away, Palafrugell boasts a colourful daily market, whilst medieval Pals, Peratallada, the pottery town of La Bisbal and the Dalí Museum at Figueres are all within easy reach.
