It has a modern living / dining area with high ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The modern accommodation with upscale furnishings is equipped with Wi-Fi, fans, a Smart TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Even the little guests of the house will not be bored thanks to the board games and toys. From the living room you have access to a furnished terrace with an adjoining barbecue area. The 18 m² private pool provides refreshment on hot summer days and you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The pool can be heated for a supplement. Relax on the sun loungers and leave the stress of everyday life behind you! For sportive variety you have access to a nearby tennis court. The nearest supermarket is 850 metres away and Playa Blanca's beach promenade is ideal for a wider range of shopping options, restaurants, bars and cafés. You can reach it after a 5-minute drive or 1.2 km. Here you will also find the golden sandy beach of the same name. Parking is available on the property.
