The crisp, outdoor pool has a number of tasteful loungers and we are sure that having dinner al fresco may just become your new hobby here in the villa’s covered outdoor dining area. The property has 5 bedrooms in total, spread over three floors. The master suite looks out onto a terrace from where you will see stunning views as you start the day. The bathrooms follow the same design principles: a nod to good taste, comfort and practicality with high-spec fixtures. The fun in Villa Mercedes may really start downstairs though as the basement is a real delight. Here you will find an indoor pool,snooker table and bar, gym, wine cellar, hammam and sauna. Please note that there is a specific security deposit, higher that what is stated on this listing. The amount is disclosed after booking as the platform does not allow us to list it. The security deposit must be paid one month prior to arrival by bank transfer. If your booking is less than 5 weeks away, the deposit must be paid upfront. This deposit is mandatory and will be returned via bank transfer after the property has been fully inspected and reviewed following check-out.
