Superb apartment in the quiet residence with swimming-pool, in front of the beach and a nice sea view. A parking spot is at your disposal. Cannes-La-Bocca is a district of Cannes entirely renovated, ideal to spend beautiful holidays at the beach. All accommodations are very close to the beach and generally have magnificent view of the sea and the Esterel hills. The beach is huge and connects Cannes to Mandelieu. It is ideal for delegates (10 minutes by bus from the Palais des Festivals), as well as for tourists (2 minutes walk from the beaches).
