The accommodation comfortably sleeps 8 people and comprises an open plan living area with dining area and substantial well-stocked kitchen.
There are 3 double bedrooms upstairs together with a large bathroom and a further downstairs double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite facilities. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. The beds can be configured to your requirements.
The villa has its own pool and large garden with fruit trees, garden furniture and barbecue. Situated directly on the Aude river, a fishing licence is available from the local Mairie.
Separate dining area comprises of table and chairs for 8 people and lounge area includes digital TV and wireless internet. The villa benefits from under floor heating and a substantial wood burner. There are all new appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine in the separate utility room.
There are also 2 bikes available in the garage.
There is plenty of parking available.
A great villa suitable for a family holiday.
Quillan is an easy 5 minutes walk away with shops, bars, weekly markets and 20 or so restaurants, accessible along a well lit path ideal for an evening out with a short stroll home.
Beautiful mountains within a 30 minute drive and the ancient city of Carcassonne is just 45 minutes drive or a 1 Euro train ride away.
Beautiful coastal beaches within an hours drive.
Canoeing, kayaking, horse-riding are all available within walking distance.
