After passing through the property gate, you can park in the reserved parking spaces. You enter the property from the basement, where the washing machine is located. At the top of the stairs, you arrive in the entrance/kitchen with a marble fitted kitchen with gas hob. Climb a few steps to reach the dining room with 2 very large bay windows overlooking the pool. You enter the first bedroom (bed 160) overlooking the pool with a very large bay window and a huge dressing room. From the first bedroom, a few steps lead down to the second bedroom and the teak bathroom. The bathroom features a toilet, double washbasin and shower. The house is ideal for a family with 2 children of swimming age. Smaller children are of course welcome, but parents will need to be vigilant on the stairs and take extra care with the pool. The pool is heated to 26°, so for the sake of bathing comfort and energy savings, it's essential to close the pool when you're away, and every night. For safety and temperature control, the pool is equipped with an electric roller shutter with fasteners, which is your responsibility. We check the water quality every day. With two children of our own, we understand the needs of families and are delighted to offer ideas for visits and activities suitable for all. Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, making you feel at home away from home. There are many markets in the vicinity of the house. All require a car. There are 2 bakeries, a butcher and a chemist 900 m from the house. A carrefour market is a 4-minute drive away. A small center with bakery, pharmacy, vending machine and Intermarché is in the village center of Rouillon, 4 km from the house. Other supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. From the house you can walk or cycle (we don't yet have bikes available) along beautiful country lanes. There are 3 bus routes within a 10-minute walk of the house.
Discover the modern charm of this beautiful house in a peaceful setting not overlooked. The house is surrounded by fields and is ideally situated 5 mn drive from the station, shops and historic centre of Le Mans, 15 mn from the 24H race circuit. We live in the old part of the house, and guests are welcomed in another part of the 150 m2 house with a separate entrance that is not overlooked and opens directly onto the swimming pool. Private heated swimming pool (open from April to September).
