It includes 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 living room (clicclac, TV, coffee table, halogen) an open equipped kitchen (multifunction microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, mini rotisserie oven, washing machine, etc.). Bathroom with shower, separate WC, terrace, private parking. INTERNET access, Pet tolerated (city plan. J8) Bed and bathroom linen are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency) The rental must be left clean (possibility of providing a paid cleaning service) An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
