## The neighborhood l'appartement est situé au 4 rue Saint Maurice, en plein coeur de la veille ville, face à l'hôtel de ville et aux jardins de l'Europe : le lac est à 2minutes à pieds et les commerces et monuments se trouvent tout près, tout est accessible à pieds ## Getting around Proche de toute les commodités, pas besoin de voiture, déplacez vous à pieds tout simplement : l'emplacement est exceptionnel, le parking à 50 mètres, la gare est à dix minutes à pieds. Pour votre stationnement, le premier parking souterrain de l’Hôtel de Ville est à 50 mètres. Des places extérieures sont disponibles dans le quartier avec un peu de patience et quelques euros par jour. Sinon nous vous conseillons de laisser votre voiture dans la zone de Vovray sortie Autoroute sud Annecy (stationnement gratuit illimité).
